Nowhere more so than the digital world can we see how the stream of the new is constant.

We as people, our businesses and our creations must continuously evolve or die.

You only need to look at some of the companies of the last decade who have failed to adapt quickly enough (or in some cases at all) to see how moving forward is the only way to survive.

Tools that you used last year, may not be relevant this year. Language, communication systems, techniques may need to change.

The skill of course is embracing the changes (the new) that makes a difference, holding on to those things that still are relevant and letting go of anything else.

This shouldn’t worry you. You should embrace it and the opportunities it provides. No longer are their set ways to do things. No longer is there a pre-defined path to follow.
